I provide a thorough service that focuses on your natural lash health while enhancing how beautiful you already are. Each full set appointment includes custom mapping to tailor the lashes to your face and eye shape, and to give you a look that is perfect for you. I can't wait to lash you! DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY - I require a 50% deposit for all new clients. This deposit is non-refundable! If you cancel your appointment outside of the 48 hour window, the deposit will be applied to a rescheduled appointment, and this appointment may only be rescheduled one time, before a new deposit will be required. If canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required. If a same-day cancellation or rescheduling occurs, you will be responsible for the remaining 50% of the appointment fee before booking another appointment. If you pay a deposit and then cancel without rescheduling, your deposit is valid for one reschedule for up to 90 days. After 90 days, you will be considered a new client, and will need to pay a new deposit. Please plan ahead to be here at least 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time. If you're more than 5 minutes late, I do reserve the right to mark your appointment as a no-show, which will result in a 100% charge for the service, and you will need to reschedule. I have a no children policy. This is non-negotiable! This is your time to relax and I need to be able to fully focus on giving you the best quality service possible. If for any reason you arrive for your appointment with any children, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you'll need to be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy
Life happens, we understand. Time is valuable! I require a cancellation at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the service. Same day Cancellations and no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service. First time clients are allowed ONE reschedule. If you need to reschedule that appointment again, a new deposit will be required. Fees must be paid before any new appointments will be honored. Multiple offenses may result in a pre-payment requirement!
